Grace River Island is a Quiet Private Tropical Island Vacation Home on the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers accessible via a land bridge, making it a peninsula.
It is a perfect location for memorable family vacations, family reunions, intimate weddings, honeymoons, or just some time away. When you stay at Grace River Island you have a large 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom (5 full and 3 half) house that sleeps 20 people, a large air-conditioned bonus room, 2000 sq ft. deck on the river with market lighting, heated swimming pool, beautiful gazebo, large upscale courtyard, large grassy point with stunning sunsets and endless photo opportunities.
If you are planning a wedding, you will love our spacious bridal suite upstairs with plenty of room for hair and makeup before the wedding and enough beds for the bridesmaids and other close wedding guests to stay the night before and after the wedding. Downstairs there is a groomsman area where the guys will hang out before the wedding. Most wedding guests book our house for 3-4 nights making it a fun and relaxing wedding weekend. It is the perfect place to relax, prepare and celebrate your wedding.
The house is fully stocked with all the essentials such as bath and pool towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, and extra amenities such as TV's in every bedroom, ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, ping pong table, kayaks, fishing poles, boat dock, lawn games, propane firepit, beach chairs/umbrellas and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. These amenities make it the perfect place to relax, refresh and reconnect with family and friends making lifetime memories.

Mike and his wife personally welcomed us to this beautiful property and were available by cell phone should we need anything....we didn't! This was the most beautiful oasis I have ever experienced. The home is beautiful and has room for an army, though many quiet serene places for reflection and rest. There are activities for all ages, from ping pong to kayaks, fishing pole, a heated pool, lawn games, etc....as well as a large dock. The views of the river, with the occasional steamboat, as well as the sunsets were continually amazing. You won't be disappointed with this gem!

WOW!!! Mike and Karen's place is absolutely amazing! It was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding. We were able to set up the reception room and outside ceremony space just as we wanted. The space is great and the views are terrific. Loved it. The house also made it much easier to host the immediate family with plenty of space and very very comfortable. Mike and Karen were always available and were a tremendous help before, during, and after the wedding. Five star venue. Would recommend to anyone seeking a private location for a wedding. It is beautiful.

Mike & Karen went out if their way to make our event a personal, memorable evening! They really care about people and making it all about their guests. Their location is stunningly beautiful yet so very welcoming! We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed Grace River Island Resort! The grounds and house were lovely to mingle and receive guests to enjoy the sunset over the water. The clubhouse with ample air conditioning was perfect for sharing our presentation with a group of people!
